Shown below are hand printed editions (2015). I use printmaking as a vessel for questioning structural functions and purposes. I am inspired by the repetitive and tedious processes of printmaking. A viewer sees only the completed print as an end product, hiding the phantoms of productional means and flaws that occur in hand printing. This tension of working toward perfection with an imperfect hand process is something I find very humbling and cathartic in conversation to my larger art practice.
